Valuation Executive
- Degree/Diploma in Valuation/Estate Management/Property Management or other related fields.
- Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and reporting skills.
- Communicate with bankers, clients, and other relevant parties.
- Carry out inspections and prepare valuation reports.
- Ensure that reports are accurate, timely, and comprehensive.
- Manage all indications, corporate valuations, and market studies for various types of properties.
- Possess own transportation
Corporate Agency
- Degree/Diploma in Valuation/Estate Management/Property Management or other related fields.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail oriented with a strong ability to multi-task
- Eagerness to learn and work in a Market Research environment
- Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and prospects.
Practical Students
