Managing Director – Malaysia

Mr. Wong is the Managing Director of IVPS Property Consultant Sdn Bhd. He leads the company’s valuation business lines for the Greater Kuala Lumpur region.

As the head for the Valuation & Advisory in Malaysia, his role inclusive of taking charge in the formulation, re-strategise of business plans and liaison with financial institutions as well as corporate clients.

Mr. Wong’s experience stems from all aspects of the practice i.e. Valuation & Advisory, Consultancy and Property Management. With 22 years professional real estate experience, he has been instrumental in major valuations for submission to Securities Commission, Plantation, Offices, Petrol Stations, Commercial, Townships, Industrials, Hotels and Retail Malls.
