Resident Director – Perak / Northern Region

Mr. Tan has been appointed as the Resident Director for the Perak Office.

He is being tasked to be in charge for all the valuation, advisory and real estate agency services for the Perak office.

Mr. Tan has over 18 years of valuation experience and is involved in property valuation and consultancy, market and feasibility study, real estate agency and property management. He has been involved in various types of property valuation for different purposes such as Submission to Securities Commission, Financing, Accounting (FRS), Sale/Acquisition, Corporate / Internal Management and etc.
