Associate Director – Greater KL

Chris joined IVPS in early 2014 as a Corporate Services Officer. He was involved in numerous corporate advisory & transaction services in the office, industrial and retail market. In early 2020, Chris was appointed as Associate Director of the firm and be in charged in the Tenant Representation Services.

He has been instrumental, hands-on and acted as the single point of contact to clients involving assignments of new lease acquisition, stay vs relocate, strategic consulting/financial review and capital market investment. Prior to joining IVPS, Chris is attached with a Japanese Firm as Project Manager cum Engineer where he handled the construction and completion of a large industrial plant erected on a 1.2 million sq. ft land.
