Resident Director – Johor Region

Mr. Chan has been appointed as the Resident Director for the Johor Office.

He is being tasked to be in charge for all the valuation, advisory and real estate agency services for the Johor office.

He qualified with Degree in Estate Management (with Honours), from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur in 2004 and has been in the real estate industry since 2004. Chan has more than 16 years years’ experience in all aspects of property consultancy including valuation, property management and real estate agency.
