Executive Director – Malacca / Central Region

Mr. Chah has been appointed as the Resident Director for IVPS Property Consultant Sdn Bhd in June 2015. He is being tasked to be in charge for all the valuation and real estate agency services for Malacca region.

Mr. Chah has more than 16 years professional real estate experience which mainly involved in property valuation and consultancy, market and feasibility study, real estate agency and property management. He has been involved in various type of property valuation for different purposes such as Submission of Securities Commission, Financing, Accounting (FRS), Sale/Acquisition, Leasing, Corporate / Internal Management Use and etc.
